About the Job
Position Summary:
Semper Home Loans, a top provider of real estate and mortgage services, is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, with a focus on managing schedules, communications, and tasks that require strong mathematical and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and able to perform calculations and analyze data related to budgets, reports, and financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives.
  • Prepare and edit reports and other documents that require mathematical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform calculations, including budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial analysis for executives.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and expense tracking for reimbursements.
  • Assist with planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, ensuring professionalism in handling confidential matters.
  • Conduct research and compile data for presentations and reports.
  • Assist in managing office budgets, invoices, and expenses using Excel or accounting software.
  • Support executives with personal tasks and errands as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform accurate calculations, data analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and pivot tables) and other Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information.
  • Must have reliable transportation for daily tasks, in and out of the office.
