    Job Type: Full-Time (10-Month Contract)

    Salary: Starting at $52,500 (based on experience and credentials)

    Job Summary-

    Global Leadership Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Math Teacher to join our Arts Campus. This role is ideal for an educator who brings strong content knowledge, engages students in problem-solving, and fosters a growth mindset through dynamic, student-centered instruction.

    Key Responsibilities-

    Plan and deliver standards-aligned math instruction for grades 6–8 in accordance with Florida B.E.S.T. Standards

    Create a classroom culture that promotes critical thinking, perseverance, and respect

    Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and guide instruction

    Provide targeted interventions and enrichment based on student data

    Implement effective classroom management and differentiated instruction strategies

    Collaborate with colleagues and instructional leaders to support student achievement

    Communicate regularly with families to build strong partnerships

    Participate in school events, team planning, and professional development

    Qualifications-

    Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field

    Valid Florida Teaching Certificate in Math (Grades 5–9 or 6–12)

    Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience preferred

    Strong understanding of math pedagogy and student-centered instruction

    Effective classroom management and instructional differentiation skills

    Collaborative, dependable, and mission-driven mindset

    Work Schedule

    Monday – Friday

    8-hour workday

    In-person instruction required

    Physical Requirements

    Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear

    Use of computers and instructional technology
