  • Our client is a growing and well-established manufacturing company seeking an Accounting Manager to join their accounting team.
  • This role will play a key part in supporting accounting operations and assisting leadership during a transition period due to recent transitions within the department and continued company growth.
  • An exciting opportunity to build a stronger culture and drive positive change across the finance team and the organization as a whole.

Overview of the Accounting Manager Role:

  • Lead on Month-end close
  • Forecasting - Monthly/Quarterly
  • Data Analysis/Adhoc Reporting
  • Process Improvements, help build processes from the ground up.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to dive into operational workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process optimization.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager Position:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 6+ years of accounting experience
  • Policy and procedure control mindset
