Position Overview:

We are seeking an Accounting Specialist with a solid accounting background and a minimum of eight years of experience in accounting, including at least three years in the architectural engineering or construction industry. This role requires strong computer skills, fast proficiency with ERP systems, and preferably experience with Unanet AE. The candidate must be prepared to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment where problem solving is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain and optimize ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with project management and operational teams.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls and processes.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Required Qualifications:
