Responsibilities
  • Manage financial and administrative operations of the SFS Undergraduate Program.
  • Support the Vice Dean and Director with budgeting and student programs.
  • Plan and coordinate BSFS events and manage communications.
  • Provide support to senior staff including the Vice Dean and the Director.
Work Interactions

This role reports to the SFS Vice Dean for Undergraduate Affairs and collaborates with faculty, the BSFS team, and the SFS Dean’s Office.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of experience in program and budget management, preferably in higher education, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Event management experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, social media, and marketing technologies.
  • Ability to develop proficiency in Workday Financials system.
