Job description

A career as a Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI) Scientist on the AI Factory team at National Bank means playing a key role in evaluating, optimising and monitoring the performance of AI models, including generative AI models. With your expertise in fine-tuning, prompt engineering and monitoring, you will directly contribute to the quality, robustness and impact of AI solutions deployed at the Bank. 


Your job : 

  • Assess the performance of AI models using advanced metrics and specialised tools such as DeepEval. 
  • Fine-tune AI models to meet the specific needs of banking use cases. 
  • Design and optimise prompts for generative AI models to improve their relevance and efficiency. 
  • Implement monitoring systems to monitor the performance of models in production. 
  • Work with analysts and developers to integrate models into the Bank's technology solutions. 
  • Work with the AWS rock platform to deploy and manage AI models. 
  • Use Terraform to automate AI infrastructure in a cloud environment. 
  • Participate in technology monitoring and evaluating new AI tools and models. 
  • Help disseminate AI best practises and train team members.

  • Experience implementing AI solutions
