Job description

JOB TITLE: Mental Health Professional (Bachelor's Level)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-Time (ACA Part-Time Status)

LOCATION: Facility-Based (Assigned Site) with Mileage Reimbursement

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate Bachelor's-Level Mental Health Professional with a degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. This role provides direct behavioral health support services at an assigned facility site. The position is part-time and classified as ACA part-time status. Work hours are scheduled based on site needs and program demand and are designed not to exceed ACA full-time thresholds. Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved site travel. Remote administrative work may be completed from home as appropriate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide direct client support services aligned with treatment plans

- Deliver client-facing services during scheduled hours based on site needs

- Complete documentation accurately and within required timeframes

- Collaborate with clinical and site-based staff to support continuity of care

- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement activities

- Comply with ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards

SCHEDULING AND HOURS

- This is a part-time position scheduled based on site and program needs

- Hours are variable week to week and structured to remain within ACA part-time guidelines

- This position does not carry a guaranteed or fixed number of weekly hours

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field

- Demonstrated interest in behavioral health and client-centered care

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

COMPENSATION

- Hourly rate: $17โ€“$23 per hour (DOE)

- Mileage reimbursement provided
