About the Role

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Special Education Consultants for the 2026-2027 school year in the Eugene, OR area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do

  • Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners

  • Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans

  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams

  • Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills

  • Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records

  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master'sDegree in Education or Related Field

  • Active Oregon Special Education Teacher license

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening

  • Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred
