Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue goals (site accounts $500K+).
  • Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and strategic territory planning.
  • Apply consultative sales techniques to understand client needs and identify solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing insights.
  • Expand business within assigned territories and major accounts.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with small to midsize accounts ($50K–$2M).
