Job description

5b's Bakery in Concrete, WA is looking for a baker to join our 25+ person strong team on an FT/PT basis. We are located on 45597 Main St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged. Pay range is 17.13-20.22. Flexible hours. Sick leave accrues at .03 hours per 40 hours.

Responsibilities

  • Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
  • Mix and blend batters
  • Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form breads, sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
  • Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
  • Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
  • Prepare and maintain inventory
  • Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment


Qualifications

  • Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
  • Dedicated to working as a team towards a goal
  • Experience as a Baker
  • Food Handlers Certificate
  • Must be able to lift over 30 pounds.
