Job title: Program Manager - OSS/BSS Testing & Delivery
Location: Remote
Duration: Long term
Job Description:
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 5+ Years of relevant experience.
  • You should have strong experience Plan, coordinate and oversee the execution of E2E testing for Netcracker OSS, Axiros, Alepo
  • Manage cross platform projects spanning multiple engineering & business teams, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines and deliverables
  • Lead resource management and allocation across program workstreams
  • Own customer relationship management, ensuring delivery quality and proactive communication to build long-term trust
  • Drive risk identification and mitigation, working cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Provide program leadership, streamlining processes and removing delivery roadblocks
  • Proactively track open issues across multiple teams to ensure timely closure
  • Prepare and present status reports, executive summaries and program documentation for stakeholders and leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
