Whatyou'llown

• Drive new business growth by creating opportunities through field outreach, digitalengagementand local networking

• Own the full sales cycle, turning conversations into revenue and delivering consistent results in your territory

• Build trusted relationships with business owners, positioning yourself as a go-to advisor who understands their goals

• Deliver compelling, value-driven presentations that show how Genius improves operations, increasesloyaltyand fuels growth

• Shape your territory strategy using market insights, strengthening yourpipelineand accelerating deal momentum

• Expand Global Payments' impact by introducing innovative solutions that help businessesoperatesmarter and grow faster

• Strengthen long-term client value byidentifyingopportunities to expand solutions and deepen relationships

• Spend up to 75% of your time in the field, creating meaningful, face-to-face connections that drive results

What you bring

• At least one year of success in B2B or business-to-consumer (B2C) outside sales, witha track recordof delivering results

• Strong ability to communicate, present and negotiate, both in person and virtually

• Confidence building relationships quickly and earning trust with business owners

• A competitive, self-driven mindset with the energy to achieve and exceed goals

• Ability to think like a client and connect solutions toreal businessoutcomes

• Valid driver's license and comfort spending up to 75% of your time in the field

• Residence within two hours of the territory to stay connected and responsive

It'sa bonus if you have

• A proven ability to upsell and cross-sell existing merchants on new features, software add-ons, and hardware upgrades.

• Experience working with the restaurant or retail industries is a plus.

• Two full years of B2B Outside Sales experience, preferably in fintech, merchantservicesor Saas.

Compensation

• Base Salary pay is $50,000 per year.

• Residual Income: Keep earning monthly from the accounts you build.

• Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90k-150 plus

• Your total compensation will depend on your skills, performance, and territory.
