Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise deliveries
  • Stock shelves and displays with products in a timely manner
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
  • Support sales associates by providing requested items promptly.

Our Best Fit Candidates Would Have:

  • The ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store.
  • A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • The ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  •  Physical stamina to lift and move merchandise as needed
  • Previous retail or stock experience is a plus, but not required

Essential Physical Requirements: (bending, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift) 

  • Ability to freely access all areas of the selling floor, stock area, and the ability to stand for entire shift.
  • The ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
  • Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the stock area, generally weighing 0 - 50 pounds.Â
