This is a full-time, first-shift position. You'll work Monday through Friday with guaranteed 8-hour days and daily overtime. No nights or weekends required.
As our CDL Driver - Furniture Delivery Driver, your day will begin by organizing an efficient delivery route to ensure smooth operations and timely arrivals. You'll navigate through designated areas to deliver, assemble, and install furniture according to customer specifications. Along the way, you'll represent W.B. Mason with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency, addressing any concerns and maintaining open communication with supervisors. By conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and adhering to safety protocols, you'll be a key player in delivering excellence and reliability to every client you serve.
Qualifications:
  • At least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • CDL license required: Class A or B
  • 1+ year of CDL truck driving experience
  • Experience with basic furniture assembly
  • Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Strong time management skills
  • Local delivery driver
  • One year route delivery experience driving straight truck required
  • Valid Commercial Drivers License required- Class A or B (Class B preferred)
  • Must have the ability to read and speak English
