Job Summary:
VAST Data is looking to hire a Solutions Architect for their partnership with Microsoft Azure, aiming to be a key contributor at a pivotal time in the company's growth. The role involves serving as a technical thought leader, collaborating with Azure teams to design and deliver joint solutions for customers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the technical lead for the VAST–Azure alliance, defining solution architectures and reference designs.
• Collaborate with Azure engineering, product management, and solution architects to validate integrations and optimize joint offerings.
• Drive solution enablement by creating technical assets such as deployment guides, whitepapers, and reference architectures.
• Partner with VAST and Azure field teams in strategic customer engagements, serving as a trusted solution advisor.
• Identify opportunities to innovate joint AI/ML, HPC, and enterprise data solutions on Azure with VAST’s platform.
• Influence VAST’s product roadmap with insights from Azure partnership initiatives and customer requirements.
• Deliver technical enablement and training sessions to Azure and VAST go-to-market teams.
• Represent VAST at joint events, webinars, and executive briefings with Microsoft.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7+ years in solutions architecture, systems engineering, or technical alliance roles in the cloud and/or data infrastructure space.
