Job Summary:

The Information System Security Engineer will lead the cybersecurity program by designing secure systems, guiding security architecture, and collaborating with various teams to ensure comprehensive security integration across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement secure systems, networks, and applications aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, and ensure compliance with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CMMC, and applicable government regulations.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans, lead investigations, and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to IT leadership on security strategy, emerging threats, and technology investments.
• Maintain detailed security documentation, policies, and reports for audits and executive reviews.
• Mentor and guide security engineers, fostering technical growth and professional development.
