  • Provide technical oversight and engineering support for new branch builds, relocations, renovations, and security technology refreshes

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues under time-sensitive and high-impact conditions
  • Familiarity with documentation standards and operational handoff processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to 24x7 security operations, monitoring centers, or command-center-based support models
  • Understanding of audit, risk management, and regulatory controls related to physical security
  • Experience coordinating across IT, Facilities, Security Operations, and external vendors
  • CCNP certification preferred.

Soft Skills and Attributes
  • Strong communication skills, especially during incidents requiring clear technical and executive updates
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent branch initiatives
  • Calm, disciplined approach to troubleshooting and incident response
  • Willingness to support operational needs outside standard business hours as required

Work Environment

  • Participation in an on-call rotation, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Periodic travel to branch locations, operations centers, or vendor sites to support deployments and incident response
