Alteo is looking for a DevOps for a permanent position based in montreal.

*** 80% remote work / 1 day per week in the office ***

You will be responsible to design quality infrastructure in Azure/AWS, facilitate the development and deployment process, implement the right technologies, and improve the lives of fellow developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize workflows and remove blockers
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and infrastructure upgrades
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues in coordination with development teams
  • Manage access controls, security compliance, and implement security best practices across environments
  • Manage development, staging, and production environments supporting multiple clients
  • Document infrastructure architecture, processes, and runbooks for knowledge sharing
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and security with proactive recommendations
  • Troubleshoot complex distributed systems and implement corrective measures
  • Optimize Azure cloud resource usage to control operational costs

Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree / College Diploma in IT or equivalent
