What are the main challenges faced by remote Azure .NET Developers, and how can they be addressed?

Remote Azure .NET Developers often face challenges such as coordinating with distributed teams, managing cloud-based deployments, and ensuring security best practices are followed. Effective communication tools, regular virtual check-ins, and clear documentation can help bridge collaboration gaps. Staying up to date with Azure's evolving services and leveraging DevOps pipelines also streamline deployment and maintenance. • Manage and automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling across multiple environments.
  • Deploy, secure, and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters and containerized workloads.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, App Insights, and Log Analytics.
  • Partner with engineering teams to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows.
  • Implement and enforce cloud security best practices, including identity, secrets management, and network controls.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive long‑term reliability improvements.
  • Champion DevOps culture, automation, and continuous improvement across teams.
What You Bring
  • 5–8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Deep expertise with Microsoft Azure, including services such as:
    • Azure App Services, Functions
    • AKS, ACR
    • Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Storage Accounts
    • VNETs, Private Endpoints, Firewalls
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD platforms.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform strongly preferred).
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Hands‑on experience with Docker and container orchestration.
  • Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, identity, and governance.
  • Experience implementing observability and incident response workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
Nice to Have
  • Azure certifications (AZ‑104, AZ‑400, AZ‑305, etc.)
  • Experience with service mesh, API gateways, or distributed systems
  • Background in .NET, Node.js, or backend engineering
  • Experience with FinOps or cloud cost optimization
  • Familiarity with SOC2, Zero Trust, or other compliance frameworks
Why ImagineX
  • 100% remote work environment
  • High‑impact engineering culture with strong autonomy
  • Opportunity to influence cloud architecture and DevOps strategy
  • Work with AI‑assisted teams and cutting‑edge technologies
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
