As we continue our growth across the United States, we are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Technology Services Sales Executive with a proven ability to open new doors, build trusted executive relationships, and close complex consulting and managed services engagements.


The Opportunity

This is a hunter-focused sales role designed for a growth-minded professional who thrives on creating opportunities where none previously existed. The ideal candidate possesses a strong network of mid-market business and technology leaders, excels at consultative selling, and has a track record of closing professional services engagements with sales cycles typically ranging from 2 to 4 months.

You will be responsible for driving net-new business, developing strategic client relationships, and positioning Cloud 9 Infosystems as a trusted advisor for cloud, infrastructure, security, managed services, and AI transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

New Business Development & Hunting

  • Generate and close new business opportunities across the United States.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and executive outreach.
  • Identify organizations with cloud modernization, managed services, cybersecurity, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and gross margin goals.

Executive Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain deep, credible relationships with mid-market decision makers, including:
    • CIOs
    • CTOs
    • CISOs
    • Vice Presidents of IT
    • Infrastructure and Operations Leaders
    • Business Executives sponsoring transformation initiatives
  • Become a trusted advisor who understands both business objectives and technology challenges.
  • Leverage existing relationships and industry networks to accelerate sales opportunities.

Consultative Services Selling

  • Lead consultative sales engagements from discovery through contract execution.
  • Navigate sales cycles typically ranging from 60 to 120 days.
  • Collaborate with Cloud 9 architects, engineers, delivery leaders, and Microsoft partner resources to develop winning solutions.
  • Present compelling business cases emphasizing ROI, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and business outcomes.

Cloud & Managed Services Growth

  • Position Cloud 9''s portfolio including:
    • Azure Migration & Modernization
    • Azure Managed Services
    • Microsoft 365 Services
    • Security & Compliance Solutions
    • Data & AI Solutions
    • Agentic AI and Automation Services
    • Infrastructure & Managed IT Services
  • Develop strategic relationships with Microsoft and hyperscaler partner teams to identify co-sell opportunities and leverage partner funding programs.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of successful technology sales experience selling:
    • IT consulting services
    • Professional services
    • Managed services
    • Cloud transformation solutions
    • Digital transformation engagements
  • Demonstrated success in securing new logos and generating net-new revenue.
  • Proven history of achieving or exceeding annual sales quotas.
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously through a structured sales process.
  • Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform.
  • Understanding of cloud migration, modernization, managed services, data, AI, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft partner programs, co-sell motions, and cloud consumption initiatives.
  • Existing network of mid-market decision makers across multiple industries within the United States.
