Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the administration, support, maintenance, and security of enterprise Windows server and endpoint environments within a hybrid infrastructure.
• Provides technical support through remote sessions, phone support, and onsite assistance while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
• Supports server infrastructure, virtualization platforms, Microsoft cloud technologies, endpoint management, and enterprise security initiatives.
• Administer and support Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file services, and print services.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain physical and virtual server infrastructure including Dell PowerEdge hardware and VMware/vSphere.
• Build and configure server hardware from bare metal installations through production deployment.

• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise environments preferably in a GCC High Environment.
• Knowledge of VMware vSphere virtualization platforms.
• Experience with Dell server hardware, OpenManage, and iDRAC administration.
• Strong understanding of endpoint management technologies including Intune and MDM solutions.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security solutions including Sentinel MDR & Microsoft Defender.
• Strong understanding of Cisco Switches (CLI, VLAN, Port Configurations, Trunk Port and other switch configurations).
• Working knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, wired, and wireless networking.
• Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity initiatives and security best practices.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience supporting iPhone and Android mobile devices in a managed environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred:
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or government-regulated industries.
• Experience working in GCC High environments.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-171, CMMC Level 2, and ITAR compliance requirements.
• Experience with Fortinet security technologies and MFA implementations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise business applications.
