PRISM is seeking Azure O&M Support Engineers to provide full-lifecycle administration and sustainment for Azure Stack Hub environments in Lorton, VA. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of cloud experience and deep proficiency in designing secure enclaves, managing identity policies, and automating deployments. You will be responsible for building and rotating AVD images, managing container orchestration via Kubernetes, and developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates. A successful engineer will leverage an "automation-first" mindset using PowerShell, Packer, or DSC to streamline software baselining and CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design, implement, and manage secure enclave environments within Microsoft Azure. * Ensure the stability, performance, and security of Azure enclave systems. * Deploy Azure resources using Azure Pipelines such as Azure Virtual Machines, Key Vaults, and other core Azure resources. * Monitor and maintain Azure infrastructure, addressing performance issues and optimizing cloud resources. * Implementing and managing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines * Manage identity and access management (IAM) policies, ensuring least privilege access across enclave systems. * Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance cloud solutions. * Troubleshoot complex issues within Azure environments, providing escalation support as needed. * Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes. * Azure AVD image building and rotation * Designing, developing, deploying, and managing container orchestration through Kubernetes * Configuring and managing Azure Kubernetes Service clusters and the underlying infrastructure * Automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications * Provide support in assisting customers installing software onto baseline desktops using an automation first mentality (DSC or Packer). REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (SKILLS/EDUCATION): * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 5+ years of experience in cloud administration and development, with a focus on Microsoft Azure. * Must be willing to work onsite (5 days a week). * Experience working in secure enclave environments and familiarity with security compliance frameworks * Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Virtual Desktop * Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Azure DevOps, ARM templates, or Bicep. * Proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting languages. * Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or equivalent are highly desirable. * Travel: Up to 10% REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE: * Active Top Secret/SCI PRISM is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
