  • Govern SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive collaboration, external sharing, and data access.
  • Manage Intune endpoint policies, application deployment, mobile devices, and compliance.
  • Monitor Microsoft 365 service health, security alerts, audit logs, and tenant configurations.

  • Provide advanced technical support and serve as an escalation point for Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint, identity, and AI-related issues.
  • Participate in migrations, integrations, security improvements, application rollouts, and automation projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with PowerShell administration and automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and project-execution skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into secure, practical technical solutions.
  • Must meet applicable U.S. export-control requirements, including ITAR 120.15 and EAR Part 772, and be eligible for any required U.S. government authorizations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, or Copilot Studio.
  • Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Logic Apps, Key Vault, App Registrations, Enterprise Applications, APIs, and permissions.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft 365 with ERP, CRM, HRIS, or other business platforms.
