We are seeking a Collaboration & AI DevOps Engineering Specialist with a strong technical background to design, build, operate, and continuously improve our Microsoft 365 collaboration platform and to evolve our AI CoPilot implementation. This role combines engineering, and operational excellence to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available collaboration services across Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. 

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise collaboration technologies and DevOps practices, enabling modern workplace productivity through automation, governance, and platform optimization and have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot. 

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Engineering & Operations:

  • Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions including CoPilot, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. 

  • Provide end-to-end ownership of collaboration services including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and lifecycle management 

  • Manage tenant configuration, identity integration (Entra ID), and service health monitoring 

  • Lead incident, problem, and change management processes 

DevOps & Automation:

  • Build and maintain automation frameworks using PowerShell and scripting tools 

  • Drive continuous improvement through automation and reduce manual operational effort 

  • Integrate solutions using APIs including Microsoft Graph 

Collaboration Platform Delivery:

  • Engineer and support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and Copilot solutions 

  • Deliver migrations and modernization from legacy systems 

Security, Governance & Compliance:

  • Implement security controls, compliance policies, and data protection 

  • Align platform operations with governance and audit requirements 

  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams 

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with business units to deliver collaboration solutions 

  • Act as a subject matter expert and support adoption initiatives 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering or DevOps roles 

  • Strong expertise in Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online 

  • Experience with automation (PowerShell, scripting, automation tooling) 

  • Knowledge of Azure and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub) 

  • Understanding of identity and access management (Entra ID) 

  • Experience with Microsoft CoPilot 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with additional Microsoft products is an asset 

  • ITSM tools ServiceNow

The base salary for this position is between $75,000 - $95,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
