Responsibilities
  • Administer, maintain, and support enterprise Windows Server and Linux environments.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Microsoft Azure.
  • Monitor system health, availability, performance, and security while proactively resolving infrastructure issues.
  • Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure solutions.
  • Configure and administer IIS web servers and enterprise application hosting environments.
  • Manage networking components, including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, routing, file sharing, and network security.
  • Perform server provisioning, upgrades, patch management, backup, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.
  • Create, manage, and maintain Azure DevOps projects, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support middleware platforms, API Management, automation tools, and scheduled job services.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, operating systems, cloud services, networking, and application-related issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, reliability, automation, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and infrastructure architecture documentation.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, application development, and operations teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for infrastructure projects and cloud adoption initiatives.
Required Skills
  • 5–8 years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or related IT roles.
  • Strong experience administering Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
  • Experience with IIS Administration and Windows-based application hosting.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of additional cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong Linux administration experience, including Red Hat and Ubuntu.
  • Experience with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, NTFS permissions, and SMB/CIFS.
  • Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, server operations, maintenance, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience supporting middleware platforms, API Management, automation tools, and scheduled/batch services.
  • Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution skills.
  • Experience implementing infrastructure automation and operational best practices.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with multi-cloud infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Microsoft 365 administration, and enterprise security best practices.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring, security hardening, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Experience with infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, and application hosting.

Education
