Job Description Summary

The Manager, Azure Developer, is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines, analytics products, and automated business solutions using Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft Power Platform. This role partners closely with business analysts, data architects, and product leads across Technical(Product Governance) & Innovation to transform complex operational data (including PLM, Master Data, and Supply Chain metrics) into actionable business intelligence. The candidate will design automated workflows, build enterprise Power BI dashboards, establish data governance controls, and ensure high reliability across cloud analytics pipelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze analytical requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into efficient Azure data models and analytics architectures.

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration routines using Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory / Fabric, and Synapse/Spark.

  • Partner with Enterprise Data Governance teams to implement automated data quality controls, data lineage tracking, and DevOps deployment pipelines.

  • Analyze business process bottlenecks and design automated workflow solutions using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.

  • Create interactive, business-focused dashboards and reports in Power BI to surface key metrics around product innovation, raw material usage, and system usage.

  • Develop conversational interfaces or virtual agents using Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio to assist internal users with data queries and system interactions.

  • Configure REST APIs and secure data connectors between Azure analytics services and core enterprise systems (e.g., SAP PLM, SAP MDG, external data sources).

  • Ensuring the security and compliance of applications and data.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Power Platform applications.

  • Providing support and training to end-users.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven hands‑on experience developing enterprise cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure (Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, Fabric).

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents).

  • Good understanding of data modeling and database design.

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure is preferred.

  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with process mapping and flowcharting.

  • Excellent project management, planning and organization skills and ability to work and deliver in changing environments while adhering to specified deadlines.

The role reports into Senior Director, Tech & Innovation Technology.

Pay Range & Benefits

  • Pay Range: United States of America: 124,600 USD - 148,200 USD Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.

  • Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15 Annual Incentive reference value is a market‑based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
