An established energy provider in New England is hiring a Senior / Lead .NET Developer to join their growing engineering team. This role will be a technical leader responsible for modernizing legacy applications, guiding architectural decisions, and helping streamline critical systems that support energy generation, procurement, and customer delivery.
As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders, helping translate complex requirements into scalable software solutions. The company places a strong emphasis on culture, collaboration, and thoughtful decision-making, and is looking for someone who wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of the platform.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience with C# and .NET
  • Solid experience working with SQL and relational databases
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience building, maintaining, and modernizing production applications

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Experience with .NET Core
  • Experience with Python
  • Background working in complex, data-driven, or regulated environments
