Overview Job Title: Sr .NET Developer Location: Hybrid - King of Prussia, PA (4 days onsite/1 day remote) Job Type: Independent Contract (Contractor / Non-Employee) Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $68-70/hr 1099 / C2C Contract Length: 12+ Months Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong technical expertise and demonstrated leadership capabilities to lead a team of developers while remaining actively involved in software design, development, and delivery. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader who can drive architectural decisions, mentor team members, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality enterprise applications. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership * Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable .NET applications and services. * Define and enforce software development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines. * Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to development team members. * Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools that support business objectives. * Drive application architecture, performance optimization, and security initiatives. Team Management * Manage, mentor, and develop a team of software developers. * Assign and prioritize workload to ensure project milestones are achieved. * Support hiring efforts, including interviewing, onboarding, and performance evaluations. * Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and accountable team culture. * Provide technical coaching and career development guidance.
