Our client is a roadway system, and as a part of their digital transformation, they are implementing a solution based on SAP BRIM & Microsoft Dynamics CE.


Data-Core Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior MS Dynamics CRM Data Migration Developer to be a part of our Consulting team. You will participate and effectively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. You will provide technical expertise and systems design for individual initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with other SME consultants from our existing team.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute enterprise CRM data migration solutions using KingswaySoft and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Perform data extraction from legacy SQL databases and other source systems.
  • Develop ETL processes for transforming, cleansing, validating, and loading data into Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
  • Analyze source system data structures and map data elements to Dynamics CRM entities and relationships.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and SSIS packages.
  • Migrate both structured and unstructured data, including images, attachments, and correspondences.
  • Support Dynamics CRM development activities related to integrations, plugins, workflows, and customizations.
  • Conduct data quality assessments and remediation activities.
  • Troubleshoot migration and performance issues across development, test, and production environments.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers, and project managers during implementation activities.
  • Support mock migrations, validation testing, reconciliation, and production cutover activities.
  • Document migration architecture, mappings, transformation logic, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security and data governance standards.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience using KingswaySoft for Dynamics CRM/365 data migrations.
  • 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 development experience.
  • 10+ years of strong SQL Server and SSIS development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience extracting, transforming, and loading data from legacy SQL databases into Dynamics CRM using KingswaySoft.
  • Experience working with both structured and unstructured data, including images and correspondences.
  • Experience with at least two full-cycle CRM data migration and implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of ETL methodologies, data mapping, and data quality management.
  • Experience developing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and SSIS packages.
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience within tolling, transportation, utility, or back-office implementation environments preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud-based integration technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics CRM security models and data governance practices.


Certifications & Education Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Microsoft SQL Server or Azure Data certifications.
  • KingswaySoft training or certification preferred.
