Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking an Azure Data Architect to design and implement cloud solutions using Azure technologies. The role involves collaborating with project managers, guiding application development teams, and ensuring best practices in data management and cloud architecture.
Responsibilities:
• Define best practices and work breakdown structure.
• Author Solution Definition and design (including High Level Architecture).
• Collaborate with Project manager to finalize Sprint execution plan.
• Author Detailed deployment document.
• Guide the application development team to implement the solution based on the design.
• Review and provide suggestions on User manual post implementation.
• Review and Validate Test cases and Test Plan.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong understanding of emerging cloud technologies and standards.
• Strong knowledge of Data Modeling, Data migration, Data Ingestion, automation technologies
• Strong knowledge of SQL programming, Data Lake, PostgreSQL, ADF
• Design and implement cloud solutions, working to agreed standards and principles.
• Should have experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying cloud-based applications and services using Azure technologies, including Service Fabric.
• Hands on experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents and runbooks.
• Mentoring and coaching junior developers and other team members.
• Ability to learn new concepts and carry out technical research.
• Demonstrated ability to gain consensus in a diverse working group that may involve both IT and business leaders across multiple disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability work on diverse technical, and complex projects to completion.
• Strong communication skills, collaborating across diverse functional teams.
• Experience drafting and delivering communications to ensure full transparency within all levels of the business.
• Achievement oriented with the ability to be flexible and adaptive on a daily basis.
• Excellent problem solving skills with a structured thinking process.
Preferred:
• Knowledge on code review tools and techniques would be preferred.
