Job description

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for generating leads and selling NOVO's services to small businesses. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients and building strong relationships to drive revenue growth. Sales are focused on providing advisory and implementation insights and services to help clients realize meaningful business growth through Cloud/Azure transformation. We leverage a client-centric approach to translate our client's digital business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful business outcomes.
• Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough research and needs analysis to understand potential clients' IT requirements and pain points.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of NOVO's services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, market insights, and customer feedback.
• Effectively utilize CRM to track leads, manage opportunities, and generate accurate sales reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product features to effectively position NOVO's services.
• Manage a complex sales cycle with multiple decision-makers and present cost-benefit analyses to executives.
• Work collaboratively and effectively in a cross-team environment with migration engineers, executives, and developers to support business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales and Business Development and BDRs to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
Requirements
Qualificationsand Education Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing sales processes, along with experience in Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, Compliance and Microsoft 365 licenses and services.
Required
• Minimum of 2-3 years of business development and sales experience, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
• Hunting - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand clients' IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software,
• Ability to travel over 50% if needed
Desired, but not required
• Strong business technology expertise or experience with cloud technologies such as Office 365 and Office 365 migrations.
• Cyber Security product/service knowledge experience.
• Regulatory compliance knowledge (HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, NIST, PCI, etc.).
• Knowledge or experience with Microsoft 365 E3/E5 license and services.
• Degree in a business or technology-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
