Senior Windows Systems Administrator (TS/SCI Required)

Location: On‐Site (U.S. Government Facility)
Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI (TS/SCI) — Mandatory
Employment Type: Full‐Time

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Windows Administrator to support a secure, mission‐critical environment. This role is hands‐on, fast‐moving, and requires deep expertise across Windows Server technologies, networking, virtualization, cloud, and enterprise security. Candidates must already hold an active TS/SCI to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) across multiple secure networks.
  • Manage Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, WINS, and identity lifecycle operations.
  • Support and enhance Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and security/compliance features.
  • Configure and maintain Azure services, including VMs, VDI, storage, networking, and identity integrations.
  • Oversee WLAN/VLAN configurations, network segmentation, and secure connectivity across classified environments.
  • Manage SAN/NAS storage, backup systems, replication, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Support VDI platforms (Azure Virtual Desktop, VMware Horizon, Citrix, or similar).
  • Implement and maintain Intune for endpoint management, compliance, and secure device configuration.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across servers, networks, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Maintain and update PJI (Privileged Job Instructions) or equivalent secure‐environment operational documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD, NIST, and agency‐specific cybersecurity requirements.
  • Participate in on‐call rotation and support mission‐critical operations as needed.
