Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to support enterprise cloud migration initiatives with a focus on Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will help plan, execute, and optimize migration projects that move applications, infrastructure, and data into a secure, scalable, and well-governed cloud environment. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to guide teams through successful cloud adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Assess current on-premises and cloud environments to identify migration opportunities, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop migration strategies, timelines, and implementation plans aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Lead or support the migration of applications, virtual machines, databases, storage, and networking components to Azure.
  • Design secure, scalable, and cost-effective Azure architectures that support performance and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Perform environment discovery, application portfolio analysis, and readiness assessments.
  • Configure and optimize Azure services, including identity, networking, monitoring, backup, and governance tools.
  • Troubleshoot migration issues and provide remediation recommendations to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Support testing, validation, cutover, and post-migration stabilization activities.
  • Document technical designs, migration approaches, standards, and operating procedures.
