LOOKING FOR A CAREER IN APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS (ABA)?

Arizona Autism United is a leading nonprofit community organization and we are currently seeking a bilingual Behavior Technician for our West Valley Clinic in Avondale. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $21-$27 per hour (depending on experience).  

Behavior Technicians work under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing high quality clinic-based ABA programs for children with autism. 

This position includes extensive training, ongoing professional development, competitive pay, full benefits and raises every six months! AZA United also provides a fantastic career path for staff who are on the BCBA path! 

Qualifications:

  • Applicants interested in full-time must be available M-F between 8:15-6:15p.m. (shifts are 8-10 hours per day) for full-time  

  • Must have at least 6 months of paid work experience work working with individuals with Special Needs

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old. 

  • Must be able to pass required background checks or other required tests or screenings.

  • Must have your own reliable transportation and be able to provide proof of car insurance, car registration and a valid driver's license at time of hire
