We are currently seeking experienced AZ Drivers to join a leading steel solutions company with a long-standing reputation for quality, safety, and customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for stable, long-term employment, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work with a supportive team environment.
Drivers will be responsible for local and regional deliveries throughout Ontario with no overnight travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate AZ tractor-trailers safely and efficiently
- Transport structural and reinforcing steel to customer locations throughout Ontario
- Secure, tarp, and inspect loads to ensure safe transportation
- Complete pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections
- Monitor vehicle performance and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain accurate driver logs and transportation documentation
- Follow all transportation, safety, and company policies
- Provide professional customer service at delivery locations
Qualifications
- Valid AZ Driver's License
- MUST be able to drive manual/automatic
- Valid Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
- Strong understanding of safe driving practices
- Ability to complete required transportation documentation
- Clean driving record and ability to pass all pre-employment requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous flatbed trailer experience
- Experience hauling structural or reinforcing steel
