Strategic Scheduling: Align the daily calendar with practice goals to maximize efficiency and patient care.
Financial Oversight: Manage collections, accounts receivable, and the insurance aging report with precision.
Growth & Retention: Proactively follow up on unscheduled treatments and hygiene appointments to ensure patient health and practice vitality.
Team Leadership: Motivate the staff to hit targets while remaining an approachable, supportive mentor.
Daily Operations: Ensure a seamless "front-to-back" patient flow and maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards at AZ DENTAL.

Salary Range

Full-time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
