Zelms Erlich Lenkov has an opening in California for a litigation attorney. Depending on the attorney's experience, the attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload and working independently on cases from beginning to end with partner oversight. Zelms Erlich Lenkov is a dynamic, rapidly growing law firm operating in California, Arizona, Texas, New York, New Jersey and New Mexico. We represent Fortune 500 companies, athletes, sports teams, celebrities and a wide variety of well-known companies and major corporations. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a litigation caseload, handling cases from beginning to end
  • Ability to communicate with clients orally and in writing
  • Ability to respond to discovery, research, write motions and take and defend depositions
  • Comfortable handling court appearances
  • Negotiating settlements
  • Daily time entry

Qualifications:

  • License to practice law in AZ
  • Civil litigation, insurance defense (preferred)
  • at least 3 years of law practice experience
  • Comfortable working remote/independently
  • Strong ethics and professionalism
  • Organized with attention to details
