Compensation:

Hourly Wage: $14-$17/hr

Hours Per Week: 15-30 hrs

Schedule: Afternoons, Evenings, & Summers

What You'll Do:

Fill the gaps, lead the way - step in across multiple program sites in your region as needed, bringing the same AYS energy and consistency wherever you show up.

Be the energy in the room - lead with positivity and bring the AYS spirit to everything you do.

Own your group - independently lead and engage a group of kids, keeping things fun, safe, and on track.

Show up for your crew - collaborate with fellow staff to make sure every kid has a great experience every day.

Bring the curriculum to life - deliver hands-on, enriching program content kids actually look forward to.

Keep growing - attend all required training. We make them worth your time.


The Physical Side of the Job:

Active on your feet - comfortable sitting and standing for extended periods throughout the day.

Ready to lend a hand - able to lift up to 20 lbs when setting up materials or supplies.

Quick when it counts - able to move fast and intervene calmly to keep everyone safe.

Confident decision-maker - able to read situations and act independently without waiting for direction.

Reliable transportation - able to get yourself to your assigned site consistently.
