Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Generator Technician who will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of portable generators and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on expertise, and a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation & Setup: Install portable generators and related systems at customer sites, ensuring proper functionality, safety compliance, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of portable generators, including engines, electrical, and mechanical components.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve generator performance issues, including electrical faults, fuel system malfunctions, and mechanical breakdowns to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional service by explaining generator functionality, creating maintenance schedules, and advising customers on safety guidelines for generator usage.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and organize an inventory of parts, tools, and equipment required for repairs and installations to ensure minimal downtime.
