Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled L1/L1.5 Support Engineer to provide operational support for cloud-hosted applications and infrastructure on AWS. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability of applications running on AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, and S3.
The role requires hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Linux administration, scripting, log analysis platforms, SSL certificate management, and production support processes.
SKILLs and JD
• Having exp in AWS -EC2, ECS, EKS ,S3
• CodePipeline for CI/CD automation
• Shell scripting , Linux commands & Python Scripting, Ansible and Terraform
• Monitor production environments and application health.
• Provide first-level and intermediate-level troubleshooting for application and infrastructure issues.
• Analyze alerts, logs, and performance metrics to identify root causes.
• Handle incident management, service requests, and escalations as per SLAs.
• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for issue resolution and problem management.
• Perform routine operational checks and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot containerized application deployment issues.
• Monitor resource utilization and application availability.
• Assist with cloud infrastructure maintenance and environment management.
• Support and monitor AWS CodePipeline workflows.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and pipeline issues.
• Coordinate application releases and deployment activities.
• Validate successful deployment and rollback procedures
• Use Datadog for application and infrastructure monitoring.
• Perform log analysis using Splunk.
• Investigate alerts, incidents, and performance degradation.
• Generate operational dashboards and incident reports.
• Manage SSL certificate installation, renewal, and validation.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
• Support security-related operational activities.
