Job Summary:
NucleusTeq is seeking an experienced AWS Partner Alliance Manager to strengthen and expand their strategic relationship with AWS, focusing on driving sales and adoption of NucleusTeq’s NuoData solution. The role involves developing joint go-to-market strategies, overseeing sales alignment, and maximizing presence on the AWS Marketplace.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the relationship with AWS to support co-selling initiatives, focusing on increasing sales of NuoData and other NucleusTeq offerings. Identify new growth opportunities and optimize our AWS alliance strategy, with a key emphasis on achieving Migration Acceleration Partner (MAP) status and other critical initiatives
• Provide deep technical insight on AWS services (e.g., AWS Lambda, Amazon RDS, Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, Amazon SageMaker, and AWS Glue) to drive technical enablement and collaboration with AWS solution architects for NuoData integrations.
• Oversee and enhance NucleusTeq’s presence on the AWS Marketplace. Manage product listings, pricing strategies, private offers and promotional campaigns, ensuring that NuoData is prominently positioned to attract and retain customers
• Collaborate with AWS and internal sales teams to implement joint selling and enablement programs. Train the sales force on AWS co-sell best practices and align AWS-specific messaging with NucleusTeq’s unique value propositions for NuoData.
• Act as the technical lead for AWS-aligned solutions, assisting with architecture design and deployment strategies for NuoData and other offerings on AWS. Support customer-facing teams in explaining how NucleusTeq’s solutions leverage AWS’s cloud capabilities for business impact.
• Develop and lead AWS co-marketing campaigns for NuoData, including events, digital outreach, and joint content creation that highlight AWS-native features and seamless integration capabilities
• Work closely with sales & marketing to track pipeline growth through the AWS alliance, providing regular updates on performance metrics, ROI, and key joint activities. Lead quarterly business reviews with AWS to highlight successes and areas for growth.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6+ years in cloud-focused channel sales, alliance management, or similar roles, with significant experience in managing AWS partnerships and go-to-market activities.
• Deep understanding of AWS services and architecture, including AWS compute (EC2, Lambda), storage (S3), database (RDS, Redshift), AI/ML (SageMaker), integration services (API Gateway), and analytics tools (Glue, Athena, EMR).
• Hands-on experience with AWS Marketplace, including product listing optimization, campaign management, and pricing strategies to drive sales growth for software solutions.
• Proven record of driving joint sales and co-marketing initiatives within the AWS ecosystem, especially focused on data-driven products like NuoData.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to effectively bridge technical and business teams, and articulate complex cloud concepts to various audiences.
• Data-driven, with strong analytical skills and the ability to use insights to optimize AWS co-selling and joint marketing strategies.
Preferred:
• Preferred previous AWS PDM or PDR experience.
• Technical Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional), AWS Certified Developer, or other relevant AWS certifications strongly preferred.
