Description:

The AWS Engineer will be responsible for managing and monitoring VPCs within the VICCS Intelligent Automation Platform (IAP).


Required Skills/Experience:

  • 7+ years of recent hands-on experience with Appian BPM
  • Strong Experience in leveraging AWS tools and services to support the management of VPCs on complex platforms
  • Familiarity with cognitive, automation, and related emerging technologies and techniques
  • Broad-based general technology ecosystem and industry understanding
  • Ability to understand and communicate the concepts of the solution. This includes network requirements, event monitoring solution, ticketing system and the associated integration bridges between those systems
  • Familiar with business designs: business models, functions, processes, job roles and customer interactions as well as how they are impacted by digitization, AI/automation and emerging technologies/techniques
  • AWS Certification is required

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience with Public Sector Clients
  • General knowledge and experience with leading automation software products
