Job SummaryThe Lead DevOps Engineer will design, build, and oversee the cloud infrastructure powering a large-scale, multi-tenant platform serving hundreds of thousands of users. This role is responsible for setting the DevOps technical vision, leading strategic infrastructure decisions, and implementing best-in-class DevOps practices to ensure scalability, reliability, performance, and security across global environments.

Key Responsibilities- Design, deploy, and manage secure and scalable AWS environments using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) best practices
- Architect highly available, resilient multi-tenant cloud systems with strong disaster recovery and performance optimization strategies
- Manage and optimize container orchestration platforms using Amazon EKS / Kubernetes
- Implement and govern multi-account AWS environments using AWS Control Tower, including automated provisioning, compliance, and security policies
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, build, and deployment processes
- Lead network security initiatives including firewall configuration, IDS/IPS implementation, and IAM policy enforcement
- Own and manage SOC 2 compliance and related security frameworks, including audits and documentation
- Mentor and lead a distributed DevOps team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
- Act as a key liaison between development, security, and operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
Required Skills & Experience- Extensive hands-on experience using Terraform in production environments
- Expert-level knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and Control Tower
- Proven experience designing and operating multi-tenant cloud architectures
- Strong expertise with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of network security concepts including IDS/IPS and IAM best practices
- Experience owning SOC 2 compliance or similar regulatory frameworks
