Position: AWS Consultants – W2 Positions

Location: New York, NY

Duration: 12+ Months

Position: 1 - AWS Senior Developer:

  • A Developer with experience 8+ years of implementation experience in AWS.
  • Developing and implementing Infrastructure as Code using Cloud Formation Template or Terraform
  • Design and Build AWS Cloud foundation services.
  • Experienced in designing complex AWS Cloud infrastructure with AWS Services such as EC2, EKS, ELB/ALB, S3, EFS, CI/CDs
  • Technical expert in Container and Kubernetes technologies.
  • Working knowledge in designing, building, automating, and managing Container and Kubernetes platform.
  • Expert in Amazon EKS, ECR and other container eco systems services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solution.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Interface with stakeholders to communicate project status, gather requirements, and provide technical guidance.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in code quality, documentation, and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, Jenkin, AWS DevOps tool sets will be an added advantage.
  • Technical expertise in AWS Well Architected Framework, Design principles, HLD &LLD documentation, Solution defense, Customer presentation.

Position: 2 - AWS Database Engineer:

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available database architectures using Amazon Aurora and PostgreSQL.
  • Lead database modernization efforts including migration from legacy systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) to AWS-native services.
  • Collaborate with cloud architects and DevOps teams to integrate database solutions into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code frameworks.
  • Optimize query performance, indexing strategies, and storage configurations for high-throughput workloads.
  • Define and enforce database security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Support database automation, monitoring, and observability using AWS-native tools (e.g., CloudWatch, DMS, RDS Performance Insights).
  • 8+ years of experience in database engineering with at least 3 years on AWS Aurora and PostgreSQL.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services including RDS, DMS, IAM, CloudFormation, and Lambda.
  • Proven experience in database greenfield deployment and migration projects, especially from on-prem to AWS cloud.
  • Hands-on expertise in performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • AWS Certified Database – Specialty or AWS Solutions Architect certification.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-region deployments.
  • Exposure to containerized database deployments (e.g., Aurora Serverless, Kubernetes with PostgreSQL).

Position: 3 - DevOps Engineer:

  • AWS Automation Engineer with overall IT experience between 8-12 years
  • Experience in AWS Services Airflow EC2 AWS networking concepts VPC Subnets, NAT, S3, IAM, KMS, EMR, Glue, API gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB Cloudwatch, SNS
  • Automation using LAMBDA   STEP FUNCTIONS etc
  • Experience in Linux operating systems, experience of supporting and troubleshooting issues and performance.
  • Experience in Terraform, CloudFormation.
  • Should be good in scripting skills with Bash Shell.
  • Experience in newly provisioned environments in AWS Cloud.
  • Experience in Container and Kubernetes based services in AWS.
  • Good to have DevOps CICD with AWS DevOps, Jenkins Git AWS PaaS Services.
  • AWS Certifications preferred.
