Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
A detail-oriented and highly collaborative Technical Writer to support our cross-functional engineering and product teams. This role will be instrumental in documenting complex systems and processes across blockchain development, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and regulatory compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with specific knowledge of corporate actions and collateral management workflows.
Create, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation for internal and external audiences, including system architecture overviews, API documentation, user guides, onboarding materials, and compliance process documentation.
Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and business analysts to translate technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible documentation.
Document workflows and data flows related to corporate actions processing and collateral lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy and clarity for diverse stakeholders.
Maintain documentation repositories, enforce version control best practices, and ensure documentation accessibility and discoverability.
Contribute to developing knowledge bases and training materials for new platform features and services to enhance internal and external user enablement
