Responsibilities
- Administer and sustain secure, multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure; GCP/OCI a plus) for enterprise operations and classified workloads.
- Manage and resolve enterprise workflow tickets using ServiceNow and Jira.
- Ensure continuous compliance with DoD 8570 IAT Level II standards.
- Implement operations and sustainment best practices, focusing on reliability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate account provisioning and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) processes.
- Communicate technical updates and recommendations clearly to government stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
