About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Rent Administration Specialist with experience in affordable housing compliance to support the accuracy and integrity of rent charges and tenant certifications across our property portfolio. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with HUD, RD, and Section 8 regulations by reviewing certifications, balancing rent and set-aside reports, and coordinating closely with on-site property teams.
