What You'll Do
  • Prepare production batches by mixing raw materials according to established formulas.
  • Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Load materials into molds and assist with press operations.
  • Remove finished products and prepare them for the next stage of production.
  • Load and unload products from kilns during the manufacturing process.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Package finished products for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong work history and reliability.
  • Manufacturing, production, warehouse, machine operation, or general labor experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
