Previous experience on any of these aircraft is a PLUS, but is not required.

We're looking for experienced, motivated A&P Mechanics who take pride in their work, value safety and quality, and want the opportunity to continue developing their aviation maintenance experience.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P), you will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacement in support of ASP's aircraft maintenance programs.

Responsibilities may include:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance.
• Inspect aircraft, engines, systems, and components for defects, damage, wear, and proper operation.
• Troubleshoot aircraft mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and related systems.
• Remove, repair, replace, and install aircraft components.
• Perform aircraft servicing, lubrication, and operational checks.
• Perform inspections and maintenance in accordance with approved technical data.
• Read and interpret Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMMs), Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPCs), Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs), wiring diagrams, work cards, and other technical documentation.
• Complete aircraft maintenance work cards, task cards, and associated documentation accurately and completely.
• Maintain proper tool control and follow FOD prevention procedures.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with applicable FAA regulations, customer requirements, technical data, and ASP policies and procedures.
• Identify maintenance discrepancies and communicate findings to appropriate Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Production personnel.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Work closely with other technicians, inspectors, leads, and support personnel to meet aircraft schedules and customer requirements.
• Support additional aircraft maintenance projects as operational needs change.

Aircraft Experience – A Plus

We're especially interested in A&P Mechanics with previous hands-on maintenance experience on one or more of the following platforms:

UH-60 Black Hawk
Experience with military rotary-wing maintenance, inspections, systems, component changes, troubleshooting, or heavy maintenance is a plus.

Cessna 208 Caravan
Previous maintenance experience with the Cessna 208/208B Caravan, including airframe, systems, inspections, or PT6-powered aircraft, is a plus.

Embraer ERJ-135 / ERJ-145
Previous regional jet maintenance experience, particularly on the ERJ-135 or ERJ-145, including heavy maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and component changes, is a plus.

Don't have experience on all three? That's okay.

Experience on any of these platforms is beneficial, and technicians with strong maintenance backgrounds on other aircraft are encouraged to apply.

What We're Looking For

• Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
• Previous aircraft maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read and understand aircraft technical manuals and maintenance documentation.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to properly document maintenance performed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable attendance and professional work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced aircraft maintenance environment.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts when required by aircraft schedules.
