Job description

Job Summary 

Stratagem Solutions, Incorporated is in search of applicants who are available and are interested in satisfying a requirement to support an Army Aviation Project Manager’s Business Management Division with SharePoint/Power BI specialist and data analyst support. Ideal candidates have recent and relevant experience gained from providing similar types of support to DOD organizations or DoD contractors. This position requires the candidate to have a Secret Security Clearance. Preference may be given to those who already possess an Active clearance, but candidates without a clearance are still encouraged to apply. This is a resume canvassing action and not an application for an immediate vacancy. Minimum Position requirements: 

  • Direct, facilitate, and/or support all self-initiated and assigned improvement initiatives for PEO Aviation that aim at increasing efficiency, streamlining and standardizing processes, reducing costs, and improving quality.   
  • Initiate, plan, develop, execute, maintain, control, and communicate the PEO Aviation Performance Management system and procedures.   
  • Enhance, sustain, and train a business intelligence platform and visual measurement system in Microsoft Power BI and continue to develop and maintain data source lists and data entry mechanisms in Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Assist All PEO Aviation HQ Assistant Program Executive Officers (APEOs) and Program Management Offices (PMOs) with assigned and requested business analysis, performance management, and continuous improvement projects.   
  • Coordinate with other PEO Aviation employees to improve data requirements collection, data integration, data analytics, and business intelligence techniques.   
  • Convert business requirements into user-friendly and storytelling reports and dashboards in Power BI. 
  • Must have experience with utilization of Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat. 
  • Must have demonstrated experience working in a team environment.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Provide documentation support as needed.
  • SharePoint experience/proficiency to include the following:
  • Creating and managing sites and subsites
  • Creating and managing forms
  • Creating and managing workflows
  • Integrating SharePoint with other tools, such as Power BI
  • Granting, managing, and withdrawing permissions at a site, sub-site, and folder level

 Preferred Position requirements: 

  • Experience supporting PEO Aviation
  • Experience with Power BI including data modeling, data transformations, DAX language, Power Query, data visualization, and solution architecture.
  • Existing Active Security Clearance Preferred: SECRET

Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • BS/BA degree and minimum 5 years of experience 

Travel: May require travel up to 5%. 
Testing: Candidates may be subject to a written test as part of the candidate interview and selection process to demonstrate written communication skills and/or the ability to deal with potentially challenging notional situations which may arise while supporting a Product Office.
